NW UNITING CHURCH & FAMILY LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Family Discipleship Ministries
is pleased to announce the

National Center for Family-Integrated Churches
2008 NORTHWEST REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
OCTOBER 17, 2008

9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Steilacoom Town Hall
Steilacoom, WA (Off I-5, between Tacoma & Olympia)

What?
Join us in for the Northwest Regional NCFIC Conference on uniting church and family! The National Center for Family-Integrated Churches seeks to encourage unity between church and home through family-integrated worship and promoting the role of fathers in the life of the church and family. Special emphasis is placed on the sufficiency of Scripture for faith and practice.

Why?
The NCFIC Regional Leadership Meetings are designed to bring together church leaders for the purpose of mutual encouragement, prayer, vision casting, discipleship and instruction. We will be answering the question, “What kind of pastoral care and equipping do we need to be bringing to our churches?”

Who Is Invited?
Pastors, elders, deacons, or those who desire these offices. We do not wish to restrict family members from attending with the fathers, but do realize that sensitive pastoral issues will be discussed.

NOTE: Please feel free to share this announcement ... with your church leaders or other friends & acquaintances who might be blessed by participating in this meeting.

Speakers:
Scott Brown, Wake Forest, NC ~ NCFIC Director
Dan Horn, Wake Forest, NC ~ Church Elder
